  1. My thanks to Dr.J.Malveaux for giving her time to such an important topic as it relates to Africa Americans.Diabetes hits the Blackperson much harder that other races,and I suffer from this illness.I advised all people,young and old to be tested for diabetes,do,nt you Dr.Malveaux.

    It is about time more and more famous Blacks are coming out about Diabetes in our community!!!

    I am a insulin dependent diabetic and it is hard talking to folks in the black community about this. People hold on to their food choices like it was written in the gospel. We need to learn about nutrition.

    tHATS SO TRUE BUT THE KEY TO DIABETICS IS EATING MORE RAW FOODS LETTUCE, SPINACH CUCUMBERS ETC LETS KEEP IT RAW!
