  1. GREAT INFO & PRESENTATION. I TOTALLY GET IT & HAVE OFFERED & MANAGED PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG BLACK FEMALES THAT HELP PREPARE THEM FOR THIS REALITY IN PERCEPTION BY SOME. I TEACH THEM HOW TO MANEUVER AROUND & THROUGH IT, WITH MUCH SUCCESS! PERHAPS THE SITUATION IS DIFFERENT FOR MALES!

  2. Qualified black people do exist. I am one of them. I can be given a problem, analyze it, come with plan to solve and actually implement the plan. I also know quite a few professional Africa-Americans: I personally know one with a PhD in Chemistry now working for Du Pont; another with a PhD in environmental physics; one with PhD in Mathematicians, Structural Engineers; Civil Engineers; M.D.; Surgeons; Computer engineers, accountants, pilots, lawyers etc. And these create problem with some White males used seeing African-Americans relegated to positions such as Affirmative Action, Personal managers etc. Therefore the topic that qualified Black people don’t exist is misplaced or wrong given my own experience.
