dear Dr Boyce, my family is racially mixed since the mid sixty’s my younger sister & brother are mixed we have the same mother but different fathers but were taught we are all the same not matter what was taught never judge anyone that’s God’s job, however after reading your article i was in shocked i know about Viacom & Bet, I am truly disappointed in Bet as hard as it has been for Black people to get ahead Bet has capitalized on it’s own people to get ahead WHY? the same old story GREED, before my family was mixed we were just white even then i knew no color line it was school and adults that taught us the race line and i am so gald we didn’t have pressure like they do today i had a choice to live the rite way and i did i had a choice to help everyone young, old, black, white, gay, straight, with aids, ALL PEOPLE, that’s the way i want the world to be. these Rappers have the power to change the world but as long as they think they can rule without consequence, charged fines for lyrics or held responsible for there actions. how can we help
