Michael Arrington, founder of Tech Crunch Magazine, was heavily criticized this week for telling Soledad O’Brien that he doesn’t know of any black entrepreneurs in the tech industry.
The remarks drew controversy because there are thousands of black entrepreneurs across the country who are not given opportunities by men like Arrington.

Why are we at all astonished; they live in their own world and don’t have to interact unless they want or when they can turn a dollar at our expense. We, however, must know their world in order to be successful or merely to survive. I would say that it’s institutional racism.

Why was Soledad O’Brien asking this white boy about blacks in the tech field in the first place? Don’t we still have Black Enterprise Magazine? Or is it gone over to whites and Jews too? Booker T. Washington was right when he said over 150 years ago, that any group of people that does not have their own businesses and economic system will not be respected, nor be truly free and independent. So they ought to talk about us black folks, and disrespect us. Maybe this will cause us to get up off of our black butts, and get our business thing going, like all other racial groups, including the Hispanics, who are now passing us by in just about everything. We should have even more than one black business magazine. But is seems like we are going backwards, with whites and JEWS taking over everything that we have and attempt to start up. Black American are not recorgnized because we willing support businesses that the owners don’t even like us as a people. Just let Black American BOYCOTT CHRISTMAS in 2011,just don’t buy and the decline in sales will hit a all time low. We make them rich like no other ethnic group in America. IF YOU WANT RESPECT HOLD YOUR MONEY. WAL-MART IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. IT’s a store and those cheap products made in China are not worth your money. but i know BLACK AMERICA YOU DON’T HEAR ME.
